In either case, if we should change the workers sent to your location you will be notified of the change and be introduced to the new employee. In addition to just notifying you of the worker changes, we will personally accompany the new worker on their first few days on the job, to ensure they understand the expectations of your and our companies.
We will also have a team leader in place to inspect the work at the end of the cleaning according to a checklist we will develop for your needs, to ensure quality and completeness of work.
